The Old Telephone Exchange boasts a full kitchen, shower room, comfortable living area (with wood burner stove), and a bedroom with twin beds. (Additionally the futon in the living area converts to a very comfortable double bed).
The accommodation is suitable for disabled people, with parking next to the cottage and a shallow ramp down to the front door.
There is a tv/dvd and radio, additional electric heaters and electric blankets on the single beds.  A 'welcome pack' with basic essentials is provided on arrival.
Outside, there is a BBQ space, parking and secluded seating area.
Close by there is a fishing lake, golf, riding, cycling, beaches and walks in the Haldon Forest with it’s hard surfaced trails suitable for both able bodied and disabled people.
There are pubs and restaurants within a few minutes drive and historic Exeter is about fifteen minutes away by car.
